I feels very good after meditation. I do it for exact 10 mins. From last few days I am facing illusion like mouse has gone near by me. Insacts are moving and just disappeared. It happens for nano seconds. Please advise I can't leave without it.

Biologically and psychologically we are always changing.Here is only one constant fact that is "The Change".If there is something that is fixed or stable, how can it be realised by a system or entity which is constantly changing and not parmanent and part of this changing?

जय श्री राधे कृष्णा 🙏 🌹 🙏 ध्यान न करने से साइड इफेक्ट्स होते हैं। ध्यान सीखने के बाद न करने से होते हैं।हम आपकी बात से बिल्कुल असहमत हैं। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने गीता में स्वयं कहाँ हैं योगस्थ: कुरु कर्माणि। अर्थात् हे अर्जुन!योग में स्थित होकर कर्म करों। ध्यान मन और शरीर का सहसम्बंध हैं। ऐसे में ध्यान से नुकसान नहीं होता हैं। जिस सिरदर्द की आप बात कर रहे हैं।वह एक सहज प्रक्रिया है। ध्यान करने वाला ईगो में है तो ध्यान ही नहीं है। ध्यान करने वाले को हमेशा सरल,सहज और स्नेह भाव से रहना चाहिए।

Sir mujhe meditation se bahut acccha lagta hai. Even day to day life mai fayda bhi hota hai. Per jab regular karta hu to bharam hone lagte hai din main. Jaise aas paas se kuch chuha gujra, per real main aisa hota nahi hai. I love to do it... I feel very good when I do it. But not want to take risk, please advise....

Video mei apne esa kyn kha hai ki....joe log life mei fail hoe gaye ...woe meditation bhi nahi kar patte.....in that case only successful ellite people have right to get peace and all failure people are born for pain only with no scope to get peace in their life..... . meditation kya sirf ek physical excercise hai to get emotional control...aur its a ways divine process to find eternal truth...pls explain .

Hey I'm been having meditation side effects from the past two months and they are severe i can't sleep without feeling dizzy and faint can't eat without feeling dizzy and faint can't go on a car ride without feeling dizzy sometimes i get feelings that are dark and feel like I've did a big mistake of trying to be mindful without working out on the basic structure of self with a terrible routine and a terrible mind i started meditating which caused me this, i would be grateful if anyone hear tells me how to recover from it. I get panic attacks too

I was facing the same issue.... Ruined my life, and worst part my social life..... Now i am totally recovered.... All thnks to my frnds who advised me to not do these meditation n all and just live life as u want and just hang out and fun.... Now i am blessed i followed it and now living a logical and realistic life... I am not these meditation or yoga or pranayam are bad actually... I think these are best way to live a healthy life... But there is a certain way or path of doing these with proper guidance, not like just doing these things randomly...

I always find when I'm in deep meditation I feel dissonance / old childhood feeling comes / old day school friends comes in dream / feel like something wierd as if you're all alone in a big world / you will fall in relapse) ( relapse of old thought grief pain solitude and a sense of anxiety for a week or two weeek after starting to meditate then it get good / insomnia u will notice u will wake up multiple times in night more often for a week or two week until u won't find peace in ur own solitude u won't be able to fall asleep but once u start to deal with the fear of being alone and start to accept things then ur sleep will get so much better / childhood trauma resurface it come back / u become more emotional / u start to feel pain more then when u were not meditating / so see know yourself first before meditating see if u have any fear or any problem then try to solve that problem and when u find a peace in your mind then start meditating don't try to meditate with problems solve the problem and then meditate on a peaceful mind

@@zoobi1300 try to find out why you want to do meditation is it something bad in your life happened / or grief /pain /maladaptive daydreaming problem / ocd / ruminating disorder /hurt by someone etc etc or just u want to have a peace of mind first to know if theirs any underlying issues with u then try to figure them out , fix any problem that you have then in a peaceful mind u can meditate fix the old problem then meditate good luck buddy best wishes for u in life

देखो डराओ मत किसी को आपको प्रेरित करना चाहिए क्या जानवर कर सकते है पर आदमी कर सकता है भाई सब को कराओ पॉजिटिव बने नेगेटिव से क्या फायदा विलेन नही हीरो बनो हमारे धर्म को तथा तथिक पाखंडियों ने बिगाड़ा है इस से बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है दूसरे धर्म में कहा कोई किसी को डरता है 😂

Maine suna tha sir ek jan sakshi ki sadhna kar raha tha 10 sal se uske sarir mai kappan suru ho gai thi stress bahut aa gaya tha, phir ek guru se pucha to bole sakshi ki sadhna nahi hoti sakshi to hai hi, usme sadhna kya karni

@@R.Paithane maine kuch din pehle se meditation start Kiya. Shuru ke 2-3 din achha tha lekin fir sir me pressure sa lagatar rehne laga. Aur vo pressure poore time rehta hai. Aur mujhey aesa lagta hai jaise duniya aur meri body kisi aur jagah hai aur main kisi aur. Matlab aesa lagta hai jaise alag ho. Aur ab lagatar dhyan bana rehta hai na chahte huye bhi. Jisse concentration nahi hota duniya ki cheejo me.
