Dear MONOMAN, Recently my father passed away from cancer. During his final days, hospice suggested playing some relaxing music as he rested/family stayed by his side. He loved the guitar dearly, so we had this in the background. It brought so much comfort during such a painful time. Even now it soothes those who are left behind in grief. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for sharing such peace.

To anyone listening to this while being stressed from school, work, or whatever it might be: At times you feel like giving up, don't you? You question yourself with "why am I putting in all this work and doing what I'm doing?", right? You have set such high expectations of yourself, haven't you? It's so hard to focus especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic and at times we feel so unmotivated. You have so much to do and not enough time to do it. I get it. I feel you. It is not easy. It won't be easy. While there are no shortcuts to completing your tasks or getting to your goals, just remember I am here for you and we have got this. Do not put yourself down and beat yourself up over everything. You need to take breaks. In between each assignment or task reward yourself. Talk to yourself. Open your window or go sit outside for a few minutes. Just breathe. Then, begin your work again. You must take breaks and collect yourself. Write down your thoughts. Drink some water. Just remember you aren't the only one and you aren't alone. If we are struggling let's struggle together and get through the obstacles. You are loved. Thank you for being here. Good luck to everyone. Never left a comment, knowing I’d obviously always return to it when writing on my diary or studying. Today, for some reason I had this sudden urge to leave a comment and appreciate how much this music has helped me. However ‘cliche-ish’ it may sound, I hold strong bond with this music, with some memories automatically being attached to this music. edited-its 11:42PM im lulling my baby who will turn 1y/o next month. in front of me is my husband and son(10y/o) sound asleep. my son and I just came in this country 3yrs ago yesterday. whenever i listen to a relaxing or meditative song i cant help to cry in loneliness, coz i remember the days im low, alot happening then. now seeing these three people in front of me is pure joy. finally, my longing and my worries went away. im so happy to share that life is eventually better despite all the sadness in it. im at peace now having my family together. we’ve been in long distance for almost 13yrs…have faith, you who is reading right now. this is not the end of all. better days are coming to your way. have courage and remember that you are not alone in everything you are going through. you have people around who understands and wish you the best. way to go friend! good luck and feel better!❤

18 years old undergraduate here. It has been 3 weeks since I first entered university and feel isolated most of the time by my coursemates. I just don't click well with them because of difference in personality and interest. Also, me being an introvert and naturally not a social person makes things harder to get along well with them. I didn't realise how much he did for me untill he was gone. he wasn't just a dog to me. he was my best friend.
