Mediterranean fabulous food to make at home. Spanakopita 

This is one of my all-time favourite Greek foods, we enjoy it for breakfast, for dinner and with a glass of wine on its own. The spinach and cheese combination wrapped in baklava filo pastry and brushed with melted butter is just amazing.
