I was counting the pieces of hair. Thank you for say you use 4 pieces for each braid. I'm studying your video so I can braid my daughter's hair. This will be my first attempt at knotless braids without the use of rubber bands.

I really wish I could part my hair in this pattern. Pre-parting was a nightmare for me. My hair is butt length and I just couldn’t move enough of it out of the way to see what I was doing.

I don’t add anymore , but you can if you want the ends to be thicker . All braids eventually get skinny towards the end especially pre stretched hair .
