Honey cake recipe MEDOVIK MARLENKA MEDOVIJ
Dough:
1 tablespoon honey (100g)
1/2 glass of sugar (150g)
1 tablespoon margarine (60g)
1/2 teaspoon soda (baking soda), not baking soda
1 egg
350 grams of flour
9 pieces - each ~80 g
20cm in diameter
200°C
Bake for 3-4 minutes
Sguschoenka (milkmaid) cream:
300 g milkmaid - sguschoenka (dulce di lece), boiled
125g softened butter
100 g sour cream, room temperature
1 tablespoon cream per cake layer
If you like it creamier:
1 can (400g) milkmaid (dulce di lece), cooked
250g softened butter
200 g sour cream
1.5-2 tablespoons cream per cake layer
