It's not guaranteed, there's 3 enemies next to him and the closest ally he has is a Morph and Enigma with no ults. Better save it for when he actually has good chance of surviving instead of using it just because he can. Also, listen to what they talk about at 5:30

It's a keybind for 3rd spell, usually it's Q(1st) W(2nd) E(3rd) R(Ultimate) in order

I guess it's not clear enough that he's just having fun and not tryharding huh. Also, seems like it's not very obvious that he's still trying to learn the hero, out of the few hundred Dota videos since Primal Beast's release, I don't think there's even 5 videos of him playing the hero.

It's a joke because of how annoying it is to buy Octarine with quickbuy since you basically need like 5 free slots when using the quickbuy hotkey. He still hates it because of that reason.
