Hi Edwin! Yes, press and hold the Volume Boost (VOLUME+) button for 7 seconds to disable voice prompts. Press and hold for 7 seconds again to re-enable.
One thing to add - if you're like Edwin here and you're trying to shut this thing up at 2 am or later, please be aware that the device will employ it's final attempt to wake anyone in the house who isn't you when you follow the instructions above. This thing was giving me the shifty eye in electronics parlance, so I went ahead and walked it into a bathroom as far away from my sleeping dragon before trying the instructions. Yes, it worked, and in it's final protest it announced to the world, even louder than before mind you (100% not true but it did feel that way in the moment), in the smuggest possible tone (also not true, please disregard), that the voice was now disabled, or something to that effect. I'm not urgent to try it again and get the exact wording. Any way, one last bit of advice - I don't have a clue how long this thing will hold that setting in memory. Ymmv, but I counted about 25 seconds between unplugging it from the bathroom and plugging it back in where I wanted it. If you have your own sleeping dragon you may want to attempt a similar procedure. And if anyone is wondering, yes, it hasn't resurrected itself yet to wreak untold havoc on my marital stability, finger's crossed in the hopes that trend will continue. ;)
We have not tried it with those headphones. Please double check that your headphones are in 'Pairing Mode/Discoverable Mode" and afterwards put the HUB in (TX) mode and make sure it is also in pairing mode to assure headphones pair up with connect.

No sure which volume you want to shut off? Are you referring to the voice prompts on the HUB? If so, press and hold the "volume +" button for 5 seconds to disable and enable prompts. Give us a call at 626-965-1008 if you have additional questions about set up.
If the soundbar has Bluetooth you can pair it via TX Mode with the Soundbar. If the soundbar doesn't have Bluetooth you can set it up as "Pass-Through" with the Optical Cable or 3.5mm.
Miee connects to my polk sound bar but so far it will only work 3 minutes then disconnects. I tried connecting to soundbar with optical cable using the mee optical output but that doesn't work ether.
@@praia2010 yes I would recommend it i just recently bought it and it works good except for the optical but I think it's just my TV since I bought a different one that was just optical and it did the same thing, there are some little things about it that I don't like but nothing serious
