My son has the same exact model you're showing. Don't expect to carry anything on it. To get from one place to another it's okay but you can't carry anything unless you put it in a backpack. I don't like it for that reason if you want to put a rack or a basket on it, it has to be specially made.
It’s a good looking ebike. The only things I’d like to see in the next Meelod is dual 1000w motors that peak at 2,500w each w/dual 25amp batteries. What I feel they can take care of in this model now is extending the seat 3-4”, so it’s a lot more comfortable for average to taller riders to ride. And the other is the limited turning radius of the front fork hitting the bike cause of the fork stoppers preventing damage. If they can groove out an inch on each side that should take care of the limited turning radius which is a huge bummer for an other wise nice ebike.

What I've seen on other e-bikes in this category (moped style), folks have swapped to a custom higher/longer seat to accommodate more comfort for their taller selves.
Don’t buy anything from this company. They do not have any support, can’t get parts if your bike needs them. No answer by email, on the Facebook page, instagram, phone, WhatsApp. I have been trying since the middle of December and they will not answer.
I'm currently going through the same bullshit with this company. NO CONTACT FOR SUPPORT AT ALL. You can't even try to leave comments on their RU-vid channel since they have comments disabled on all their videos. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
