L,m Ghanaian,and my mother did not eat goat meat and chicken till she died! The only problem Ghanaians have is to downgrade their food. Even your own country, there is a food you don't like.Must respect any country you want to stay. Infact how some Nigerians talk about Ghana is not acceptable!
Ghanaians need to start eating light because one meal can have far too many items in one plate. Just kenkey with fried egg and shito is good, but, Ghana man will add fried fish, smoked fish and goat meat, then start complaining of high cost of living.
