Meet Anatoly Levshin, a fellow in NDISC's Hans J. Morgenthau fellowship and learn about his research. As a Ph.D. candidate at Princeton University, Anatoly's expertise is in international relations, quantitative methods, and political theory. Levshin's interests in the origins, development, and institutional mechanics of international order in the modern states system are explored in his dissertation, which explores the creation of the League of Nations and United Nations as organizations for collective security.
