Where would you get Cardoon seeds?

good info. I wonder if you can harvest a stalk or two without having to kill the whole plant and get similar results. I have a cardoon plant in my yard now that has some huge leaves on it and it's barely getting it's first thistle. Anyhow, thanks for sharing.
