Meet Can Dee, Freeway Maintenance Crew Member 

After relocating to California, Can Dee turned to Chrysalis for job-readiness support. Despite navigating homelessness and previous involvement within the justice system, she persevered, determined to serve her community. Can Dee worked closely with her Chrysalis Employment Specialist and volunteers to build her resume, prep for interviews, and went on to secure a transitional job within our employment social enterprise business providing landscaping and litter abatement services for freeways across Southern California. Everyday, she dons her uniform with pride.
