One of the viewers in the previous video made a comment about who was riding this bike was a giga Chad himself? No just an ordinary guy who is super fit in super fast. Take a few minutes to get to know Isaac.

What a top guy! Good luck to him. His power files will be an interesting read, also knowing his ftp for a comparison.

On my 2013 Cannondale SuperSix Evo, I'm swapping out my 53T for a Sram PowerGlide Aero 55T. I live in Florida where it's flat as a pancake, and I can use the extra speed, especially when there's a tailwind! 😂 I never use the 39T.

55 its still small i use 54 crank, looking for a 60toth, indurain used a 59x14 when he set the record of the hour, believe its not that hard to push big gears once you get use to it.

A thousand bows. Recall, once upon a time, 42/23-25 was ok climbing HC. Nowadays OTOH, what's it called when I'm thinking of ditching the 12 for a 13?

If only upgrading big ring from 53t to 54t, will a 54/39 still shift ok?? (Dura-Ace 9100) Thanks in advance.

the chainrings should be used in pairs. Ie 55/42 53/39 52/36 50/34 - I’ve never tried to mix and match 54-39 is only 15 teeth different so you would think it would work being less than the 16 tooth maximum

Wow.. I eas thinking he would be a 6’5 animal. You gotta get his post race data and do a show on it. He’s definitely a strong biker
