He's the craziest Jamaican chef!! The art in his Street Food hustle is out of this World! Meet Jones, the owner of this restaurant in Port Royal.
Seafood is the norm at Port Royal, but Jones is a gem in the area with his crazy turkey neck and other dishes! in this video, he'll prepare his kidney special, with white rice, stew peas saltfish! banana fritters, saltfish fritters, soft fried dumplings, the famous hominy corn porridge and chicken chop suey.

I love his thinking and anticipation of what the customers may complain about. This man clearly had some grandmother influence in his life. Please start to give the chefs a quick interview about what their motivation was for starting and who they learnt their craft from. This man has found his love and his peace. He is much better spiritually and mentally than most of us 9-5ers stuck in fancy clothes and offices. I am searching for this handcart before the year ends.

My dad is from St. Elizabeth but grew up in Montego Bay. So here in Miami we didn't have to go to restaurants; cause my dad CAN COOK . He reminds me of him. When Im hungry I can always go home & get some good home cooking Jamaican food.

I just Discovered this channel yesterday! Oh My Dear Lord this makes me miss my Aunt Claire from when I was little. She was a Pure- bred Jamaican woman who lived upstairs in our two-family house. She wasn't blood family but I adopted her because I Loved her So Much... I Absolutely Love watching the host Eat the food, it's like I'm eating it right along with him! But, What's his Name? I'd like to know... I Especially enjoyed this episode because Father Jones talks about the food, and ingredients step by step! I'm So Happy I discovered this channel, and will continue watching!
