Stephanie Fusco sure has her hands full. As the owner of two white-faced capuchin monkeys named Xander and Ohana, Fusco bathes, walks, feeds and plays with the animals, both of whom she treats as if they were her own kids.
Ok gotta admit (& know I'm not the only 1!) I'm kinda obsessed with watching your videos lol! And obv can't begin to fathom the amount of time, work, $, responsibility, etc.. involved in raising them but can tell how healthy, happy + loved they are so you're obv doing a fab job!! Just wish they were legal in MA (where I am) so I could see & actually interact w/monkeys like them somewhere other than a zoo
@@elizabethcabral8856 Thanks for your reply!😊 Wish I'd known about that program long b4 now & think what they're doing is incredible! They sadly dont allow volunteers to have any contact w/their monkeys though & aren't accepting apps. for anything right now😞 Looks like I'll have to start saving to move south where primates are legal! I'm sick of the cold up here anyway lol
Cute as hell but fucked up beyond all measure. These animals are meant to live with their own in their natural habitats, not get poached to be sold to some bored, over-privileged woman who wants to fulfill a childhood fantasy of raising monkeys... I have no doubt there's plenty of love here, but these animals get irreparably fucked up from being raised like little humans when they are not, and not learning how to properly socialize through interactions with their own
Ofcourse, why not, they look like family together. Its normal. Their ancestors are literal momkeys and now they are getting to know and realise that so...
If every person care life of animals like as his children. So, animals also love humanity and never hurt people. Comment below what you feel about animals?????
Since this programme, she adopted a 3rd Capuchin called Rico. Stephanie loves her monkeys and you can tell through all the content she puts out. Subscribe to Monkey Xander!
Stephanie where have you been? Luv your videos I thought I subscribed to your Chanel will do so I don’t lose you again. You are the best. Your capuchins are more disciplined than some others. Good job!!
Love watching Stephanie and her little boys ❤️ and now there’s a third .. Mr Rico who looks so much like Xander 🙊🙊🙊I just love how calm ohana is .. he’s the peacemaker 🐒
WTF?? All you people have been going on and on about how they belong IN THE WILD but, this is okay. So it isn't about them living in the wild, it's okay as long as you get to choose the house and the people who can have them. Mighty 2-face of you.
@@susankimble6499 it's more dangerous if she leaves them in the house all alone. Having a monkey is like having a toddler. They are companions not pets
@@mitchellbenford3896 Do you let Toddlers move around loose in a moving car? No you make sure they are secure and safe. Same thing I do with my pets when we go to the vet. And yes, pets, pets are companions and Primates are not pets.
Ok I'm buying 2 in May . Want 2 females .what di you have and how old are they . I hear males can get a little troublesome when there about 4 or 5 years old
@@Mal-ou8yl Whatever, someone ripped the teeth out because monkeys are wild animals who will bite and who can inflict serious damage. Even though a monkey may live with humans, it is and always be a monkey with monkey instincts.
This is animal cruelty and this woman should be in jail. She ripped their teeth out because she knows they are not meant to be human pets, instead they should be in the wild with their own kind and not with selfish, ignorant humans. Very irresponsible to not include all of the specialists who advise against this kind of thing and explain why it's cruel and dangerous.
I think it's not but keeping 2 is a pain in the ass, it's a commitment not worth having honestly... I think 1 is enough, i have a dog and all i really want is one black tufted capuchin... Which i will have in a few years..so that's all i need, my dog and my monkey
This woman has a lot of money, so she has the means to keep them in a large enclosure, let them climb, access to vets and other primate handlers, etc. They seem happy to me, unlike the ones in Vietnam who are forced to walk on hind legs, wear ridiculous outfits, etc.
I like your hair however you have it but I’d not seen you as a brunette. Very pretty. I just recall Xander freaking out when you changed your hair at some point. That boy was not a happy camper! Lol!
