How do you guys create healthy boundaries between vulnerability & gossip within your friendship? That’s something I’ve been trying to master these last few years.
Also I just recently (6 months ago) lost my brother, unexpectedly. Crying in our family was never really a big thing. My Dad was a, "Walk it off" kind of guy. So when my brother passed away there is nowhere for the tears to go but out. This was HUGE for me and my family to just cry. I learned that very quickly that when I needed to cry to JUST DO IT and it is ok to do just that. Thanks again for this video!

You know, watching this makes me realize I want a deep sister relationship with someone. I always struggle in this area because I often feel like there’s competition or comparison, and I hate feeling this division, but I don’t know how to shake it. I smile and I try to be friendly with other women, but to me it feels like they’re being fake to me. I have a hard time receiving whether they’re being genuine or not.
