That segment at 14:01 That sculpture is actually a lemon juicer, you put the lemon on top and all the juices flow down, so it's actually meant to be a crazy kitchen gadget. I learnt about that in technology when I went to in high school. You are welcome 😁

That was really fast paced and everything was well explained!! Older weekly episodes had a fair bit of downtime when you were just chatting, but even the bits of chatting in this vid you were on the move which made it flow really well!

Such a fantastic day!! I usually watch Ashville weekly on my IPhone SE 2020 BUT my Hubby bought a new TV and so instead of the little 4.7 inch screen , I was able to watch this episode of Ashville weekly on a 43 inch screen instead. Woo it's lovely to see the hunky Daniel on a proper size screen 😁😁😁

I've worked for lots of firms that trade to the construction industry and none of them treat there fleet like you do Daniel. You know the type were your made to feel like its your fault if you report a truck defect so end up taking them out unsafe. Hats of to you m8 for being in control of safety its no wonder your staff support you because you look after them also.

20:45 - if someone puts so much effort into having his lorries in top shape he's destined to be succesful with his business. I mean, I've worked in dozens of places and each and every single one of them were rubbish in dealing with vehicle defects. Great job, Daniel!

Daniel - You could implement log books in your vehicles or telematics (if you have the funds) to stop unknown damage. I run a fleet of ~1000 vehicles and it really helps. Plus it helps on speed cameras / parking fines.

@@SatyrCze Just laziness. It's easy enough to watch through CCTV footage to find the culprit. Failing that, get one of the video guys to just sit through it and find the culprit

Hi, sorry for the name. Your videos are awesome!.. seeing the construction game and seeing the owner/boss point of view is very interesting. As a labourer for a three man construction firm based in Hampshire/Surrey. It’s a interesting view of seeing what my boss potentially goes threw on a daily basis. Mean we still go the old school way and haven’t got the luxury of using a conveyor belt to move dirt.. sooo lucky. Unfortunately my boss will see that as an extra cost. Thank you making really well described videos literally learning every day with the videos and at work. Planning on starting my first extension 👍

Couple thoughts for your desk and big table, cast the a’s with black agg and dyed concrete, plenty of steel to avoid supports, all polished up 👌. Or get steel a’s made n car finish painted n shined, metallic, flaked, pearled etc. Black with a yellow/gold flake 🤔 👍🇬🇧👍

The dent on the sweeper will buff out. Cracks on the tipper body MEH I used to drive an old Bedford tipper truck putting rubble down for roads in a vineyard that had a number of cracks in both chassis rail's, on the 4x4wheeled Loader the 2 rear wheels had no driveline which made it fun getting out of the rubble pit :D

I have had the tiles in my current bathroom mitered. And that is also going to happen in all the bathrooms in the new house. It looks so much better than those cheap looking edge strips.

Daniel, I am retired early and subscribe to over 900 RU-vid channels. Pace yourself as I have noticed that many of my favourite channels that have grown fast and upload often then burn out..... Keep in it for the long haul... don't over-extend. Best wishes.
