People have this perception that port work is mostly for men, but ATI's Giselle Cayetano proves that women are also pillars in the industry, even taking leadership roles.
ATI believes that leadership is not gender-specific. In fact, thirty-five percent of the company's management team are composed of level-headed women of strength, intellect and character.
