Hey Mats! Some great words from a strong leader. I think a really important issue in any large organization is to have your vision as CEO translate to the lower levels of the organization and that star employees be given the opportunity to show their full potential and voice without any political interference. Successful Ideas from the bottom should be embraced and rewarded so that great talent is incubated and grown to elevate the organization. It is interesting that you mentioned the buying behavior of kids and the correlation of buying patterns in business through online channels. This was something I mentioned almost over a decade ago to executives at Atlas Copco during my tenure and I think it will be even a bigger challenge to understand and tap in the years to come! It was very nice meeting you Mats and personally giving me access to a greater potential opportunity as a young ambitious member of the Atlas team!
