Meet Scott Schell, MTA's Contract Compliance Manager 

MTA relies on contractors to accomplish a variety of tasks that require specialized experience or the performance of particular functions. MTA Commuter Bus, for instance, is almost entirely contractor-based, as are MARC engineers and conductors, and Mobility drivers. Scott Schell's job is to oversee this wide array of specialized companies to make sure not only that they're the right company for the job, but that they deliver to MTA and our customers all that's been agreed-to. Scott plays an interesting role as the link between MTA's Procurement Division and our Operations side, making sure that everyone works together to get our customers where they need to go. #WeAreYourMTA #mdotnews
