It’s the moment that children across the nation eagerly await this time of year… receiving a coveted role in the school nativity. But with so many students, teachers have to get creative. And that’s exactly what 6-year-old Milo Joyce’s teachers did when they gave him the prestigious role as ‘door holder number 3’! We’re joined by Milo, his mum Harley and his nana Leanne to talk about his new found fame following his viral reaction video.

Brilliant, non-entitled kid and already you can see he going to be a decent lad and adult. Credit to his mum and Nan. Making him feel special even though he didn’t get the big roles. Next year they will be signing him up for the big scenes! Brilliant story in lousy times!

I love this kid and his teacher. “I’m a door holder” with such pride. I will remember this for the rest of my life. And I will be as pleased as he is whenever I am called to be a door holder. ❤️

Aw bless him My little boys school prerecorded the nativity and all parents watched in a 2 hour assembly however because my little one suffers with a full day at achool he finishes at 12.30 so he sat with me and was so delighted to watch and when he seen his class he was not a part of any of it even though this had been prerecorded during the morning hours he left upset i asked why was he not involved as every other pupil was and there response was he does not sit still 😮 he sat for 2 hours watching in assembly so i was very upset and appalled by this . Some schools are great some are absolutely horrendous. x
