Lee Coffin, vice provost for enrollment and dean of admissions and financial aid, offered a collective biography of the Class of 2023-drawn from their own words-during a Sept. 10 ceremony welcoming the Class of '23 to Dartmouth. These excerpts from their applications, as read by Coffin, can be heard in the background of this video, which features photographs of the new students taken just after their official class photo.
