Building something as large as a 737 wing takes an even bigger machine. Boeing’s Panel Assembly Line (PAL) is the 60 ton, 20 feet tall, friendly robot that always lends a rather large hand.

Is there a very critical and thorough AI inspection robot?

Humans are amazing ... we may lose some jobs to automation, but new jobs will be created to keep them operational, design new one's, write the software to run them and more.

Its cool and all, but once you look through the rhetoric you'll see that the 737 is a positively ANCIENT design. Yes, it has been given 'new' wings, but even these are still made the old fashioned way; i.e. out of Aluminium. You guys should go and arrange a visit to the Airbus factory where they build the A350xwb. Most of the plane, including the wings, is constructed from Carbon Fibre. All that stuff is totally new and cutting edge technology.

Funny how they are hollow but can slice through steel beams on the Twin Towers. Next time I need to cut steel I'll find something hollow and whack at it.

It did not slice through the steel beams. The fire created by the impact weakened the steel sructure causing it to collapse. Do some research next time.

Yea, this is not Boeing’s technology, rather an engineering firm ELECTROIMPACT located in Mukilteo that specializes in automation. I’ve worked closely with these guys. Should give credit to them not Boeing.
