Batu Karas is a small fishing village on the south coast of Java, about an hour's drive from the popular seaside resort of Pangandaran. We took a night train from Bandung then a two hours motorbike ride to get here!
I enjoyed visiting low-profile places like Batukaras. The people are so nice and welcoming. I meet some local handcrafts and carpenters. I also meet another tourist that falls in love with Indonesia.

Hi Terimakasih sudah syuting di sini. Ada yg terlewat ... Kamu tidak melihat pembuatan minyak goreng dan gula dari buah kelapa... Video ini cukup lah utk mengobati perasaan rindu kampung halaman yg bersih, natural dan ramah .. Oh iya manggilnya jangan 'Mas' tapi 'akang' 😂😂 22:07 kalau pakai kecap itu bukan rendang .. tapi semur ,😂😂 rendang itu pakai santan kelapa Kalau ke Batu Karas tidak bisa mengapa tidak ke Batu Hiu ??

Your friend probably should halt his journey to Rinjani cause Mount Semeru has just erupted and nearby Volcanoes like Bromo and Rinjani are also in high alert because they connected to each other...

We actually went to mount Bromo and it was still safe to go

@@summa-daze thank god...🙏🙏 Its actually easy to know if the Mountain is in erupting mode or not, particularly in Mount Bromo the ground (or sand) would be hot and steam will rise up during the day from the evaporating wet sand near the crater, the sight range on the view point will be very near and it will be foggy all day. I went there just few weeks after Mount Bromo erupting back in 2016. And that was how it was...
