I have a red and white 2003 R50 I bought new. It has about 24,000 miles on it now. Fun car that still looks and drives like new. My original white 16 inch wheels were stolen and I replaced them with 15" 5 spoke wheels from Discount Tire. I like the new wheels way better than the 16" run flats it came with. They look like the wheels often used on the original MINI............

Brilliant. I have just bought my lad his first car (really for me lol) R50 2003 in Silver and put 12 months MOT on it. Can't wait to see what you do with yours.
You can buy a phone stand that attaches to the back of the tachometer and is well placed, I got one fo my girlriend's car. It's like a sort of aluminium plate painted black that fastens to the back of the tachometer using the existing screws and has a phone holder on the other end.
Congratulations! I love the name. I've owned my R50 since it was new in 2005 and will never sell it.
