There’s a mod to “fully service” heavily used vehicles, as the rate at which the vehicle gets damaged exponentially grows until 50 hours of use I believe (at which point it’s capped). The “Full Service” mod IIRC will allow you to reset that damage growth as if you just bought the tractor new, however it’s expensive. An immersive way to get around your issue IMO
