It's a reference to the “You're gonna need a bigger boat” line from the movie Jaws. I think it would have worked better as "...bigger cart" with the bullseye logo (to indicate Target) though. [edit] Thinking about it, the "bigger Target" might be referring to giant sale crowds, like Black Friday, swarming the store.

I've boycotted Tarsh*t for over three years because they treat their employees like trash. A relative of mine worked there for a little while, and the stories they told of yelling, verbal abuse by managers in front of customers, physical violence like grabbing the employees, and "pay raises" of 8 pennies for all employees made me never shop there again. They even recorded the store manager's verbal abuse once and let me listen to how they were treated.
