After three years of dedication, I am thrilled to finally see the result of another cross of my G1, this time with Palora. This new hybrid displays Palora’s yellow skin with the classic Selenicereus Megalanthus appearance, while retaining the vibrant magenta/red flesh from G1. The fruit has been on the vine for 45 days, passed the wiggle test, and is fully ripened. With a Brix level of 16.75, it delivers a delightful sweetness, a distinct cherry flavor, and a lemonade aftertaste, a well-balanced and exciting flavor profile. #dragonfruit #pitaya #pitahaya #superfood #antioxidants
