Anyone else loving how Nick seems really in love with this boat? "Oh!" "YEAH", loving it! Again, this owner is pointing things out, explaining them properly, and Nick is filling in the info too along the way. This video is like a symphony, honestly. Really really love this video.
I knew this guy when I was working at Mercury Yacht harbour , what he didn’t say was his son works for Garmin so hence all the gadgets ! Nice guy always willing to chat and as you can tell had the best kept boat in the marina , great walk round thanks for sharing..
I love these videos. This boat is absolutely amazing.....the icing on the cake for me was not the remote control toys, the sound system or the beautiful lighting, it was the litter picking stick for getting plastic out of the sea. Well done Paul and Lynn, you have a new fan here! 👏👏👏
The second of meet the owners... thank you to Paul and Lynn for letting Nick on board and giving your time up... Love these owners meets as I think it’s interesting to hear the background of people as much as seeing what they’ve done to their boats to be comfortable and safe... 👍🏻❤️
What a lovely couple Paul and Lynn are, And what a great job Paul has done in the upgrades to the boat. Really nice of them to let you onboard and show you around, be cool for more meet the owners videos. ,
I love to go for a walk but absolutely hate seeing trash on the side of the road. I also find it a bit disturbing that the trash I find is empty beer containers. It's like people just drink and drive and throw their beer cans out the window, it's just sad.
So much fun to meet boat owners and hear about their boat and their journey into boating. Thanks Nick. I also enjoyed you explaining some of the gadgets more fully.
When I was a kid, I loved to watch the boats in the marina but never had the chance to visit one. So thanks to these friendly boat owners for showing what it's like to have a boat.
This is were your channel really shines. The tours are fantastic but kind of cart before the horse in a way. I think that you find out about the world of boating and how you fit in then you look for fancier boats. You get your feet whet with your first boat or boats and find out how you use them and what you like. Then you go from there. You don't need to ask anyone what boat type you should buy as you will have learned what you need based on your use case. Then you find the vessel that fits you best. The best part of your tours is seeing things beyond ones budget. Great content Mr. Burnham.
Another FINE OWNER INTERVIEW. The boat and its owners are very 'video friendly'. They are real 'boat people' with a lot of experience behind them. LOVE what they have done to tailor the boat to their preferences.
What an awesome boat. The tech!! Can control the boat from a remote and his watch 😮 incredible tech. Some very smart systems in place too with the headsets etc. Very good looking boat too 👍🏻👍🏻
Extremely informative to see and hear down to earth boat owners and the practicalities and joys of boat ownership and how you can improve your own boat with a bit of knowledge and DIY. This was a joy to watch.
That was brilliant Nick! Your host was very articulate and knowledgeable which made this an absolute joy to watch. In my opinion the best episode of Aquaholic ever! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I love his origin story. His dad wouldn’t buy him a boat when he was a kid, so he grew up and worked hard and now he’s owned like half the boats in England. Wish I had more time in my life for boat ownership.
As you are won’t to say Nick...Brilliant. Really enjoyed that. He has certainly put a lot of consideration into all his upgrades. It’s really nice to see these units from the owners perspective.
What a beautiful boat and great to get the owners opinions on living with and using the boat. What he has done to modify and upgrade is both tasteful and classy! This is probably my favourite yatch tour so far! Great job Nick!
I can only add. Last comment says it all , My thanks to Both Paul &Lynn for allowing us to snoop around there boat Thank you also for the post .kEEP SAFE AND KEEP EM POSTED.
A man after my own heart. The owner loves his gadgets, it’s great to see someone go to a bank of switches and gauges, totally un flustered and press several buttons in sequence to operate a feature or switch an alarm off. I think that’s impressive. The man has spent some time studying the electronics. An interesting boat, thanks Nick.
Great insight into someone who knows the next level of detail to ensure their at sea life is the best experience it can be, would love to see more like this.
What a pleasant chat with the owners of their boat! I like the relaxed and informal style of these videos, not to mention the valuable information coming from experienced boaters also.Looking forward to future installments!
Rafted with a Targa 38 in Weymouth last night, loved the look of the boat. Searched RU-vid and it turns out it was actually these guys! Should have grabbed an autograph :-)
Nice chap, seems well organised. Sounds like most boat/yacht owners like a nice time but are also thoughtful and safe at the same time. I'm blown away by the tech on these boats and what is available.
I loved the idea of the remote control lights, such a good, simple idea. And the neat little boat on the back. Thanks for this, it was really fascinating, and thanks to your friend for letting this happen. Beautiful boat too, amazing what you get in it. So well; thought out. And I did not expect two cabins. Lovely boat
Love these “owner interview” videos Nick, I’m guessing for a large majority of your viewers like myself, boating is a bit of a dream and something very aspirational primarily due to time & finances. It’s fantastic to see lovely people who have made that dream a reality 👍👍
Kudos to that couple, not only for the great boat they have, but also being conscious of the environment and doing something about it. A simple thing such as carrying and using a litter picker can make the difference between life and death for our sea creatures.
These tours with the owners are very interesting, quite priceless actually because of all the honest opinions and ‘tried & tested’ tips. Paul & Lynn are such a nice couple and they keep the boat in immaculate condition. I enjoyed it very much. I purposely watched it before I started work on this cold & rainy Monday morning to get me in a good mood!
What a lovely couple, very informative and charming. Excellent boat with really cool modifications. Thanks to Paul and Lynn, very kind of them to share their boat with all of us on the interweb. Brilliant as always, many thanks. Take care and stay safe. 👍👍👍🛥🛳🏴☠️🚤⛴☠🚢⛵⚓😎
Utterly brilliant video. Nick clearly loves his topic (as we all know), but how cool to be able to check out a boat with owners just as enthusiastic. Paul & Lynn have a boat that they are rightly proud of and I enjoyed hearing about the changes they have made to make it truly theirs.
Thats a cracking boat . I could live on that. Paul and Lynn seem such a lovely couple too , good luck on any future endevours guys and thanks for letting us see your boat . A beaut .
That was fantastic, especially the plastic grabber, a responsible boat owner par excellance. Happy and safe boating to him and you thanks, that was lovely :)
I need to move to the UK and make some friends. The next best thing to owning a boat is having friends with a boat. Love all the AQUAHOLIC content, please keep it up. Cheers!
What a nice couple and a super looking boat. The owners made some nice modifications for both livability and safety. Fun to watch video, thanks Lynn,Paul and Nick!
Thank you for making another of these video's. It's very nice to hear from the owner himself/herself. Also a different boat with a different purpose which gives another perspective.
Bumped into Paul and Lynn in Dartmouth yesterday morning and recognised them from this video, they invited us on board for a G&T on the Dart. Lovely people and gorgeous boat 🤩
Brilliant! Really enjoyable watch and some great additions made to the boat. Given me a few ideas for mine, plus reassurance that some of the additions I’ve made already are not mad!
Being a first time boat owner myself I'm learning such a lot from your videos and these improvements and alternations are food for thought. I got a dockmaster added to mine and it has transformed solo sailing on my Princess 50. More videos needed of secondhand boats under £300K. Thanks Nick
What a lovely genuine couple. Nice boat and I like that he's done his own thing to it and added bits here and there to make it truly their unique boat.
These kind of videos are great to watch. I began thinking about boating over the last 12 months and Nick’s presentation style, and especially the ‘meet the owner’ style videos are reeling me in further! Keep them coming Nick, I need as much ‘ammunition’ as possible to convince my wife :-)
Wow, great boat, and really good for little family outings on the water. Great job, Nick. We need more of these "Meet The Owners" vids, because it helps us to see what the boat is like to actually own and operate. Thanks for the fantastic job, Nick...as usual!
WOW! Paul is such a perfectionist . As someone who is obsessive compulsive I felt totally calmed watching & listening to him explain everything . Love the conversational style of interview . A beautiful yacht . God bless .🤍 Mark (Toronto)
Superb to have owner tips! Another great video with a different take and a personal touch! Very informative and a perfect sized boat! Boaters based out of the South of England with the weather and travel options within a reasonable range are blessed!
Another excellent episode Nick. A real life boating couple who were able to provide very realistic feedback. Its this type of video that provides the most practical advice to those contemplating purchasing their first boat or considering an upgrade,
You had me at *"Fusion Speakers with Subwoofer"!* Very nice boat, lovely people who own it, a decent bit of british humor...great video as always. Thanks to Paul and Lynn for sharing it!
I love how they sought you out, Admiral. I expect soon you'll have a line of boat owners paddling over just so they can say they've made it to Aquaholic and met the legend that is Nick.
Hi Nick. Love your vids. Thank to Paul & Lynn for showing us their boat. I am sadly not a boat owner being land locked right in the middle of South Africa. The biggest body of water here you can throw a rock across without to much effort. But its nice to dream. The main reason for my comment is that at 26 minutes you mention that you are always watching for something in the water. I played that piece over and over but I can for some reason not hear what the h.e.l.l. it is that is in the water. Please help out an idiot and PLEASE keep on posting.
Pot watch. People drop crab pots into the sea and mark them with buoys that are often so small that they are very hard to spot or get dragged just under the surface. If you don't see one and run over it, you can end up with the line from buoy to pot wrapped around the propellor disabling the boat and even causing serious mechanical damage.
Nick, that was probably one of the best "Meet the owners" tour. The boat started off rather nice but Paul has certainly put value on to it with well thought out modifications. If he were to sell this boat it would not be on the listings long. Maybe a Mr N Burnham being at the top of the list. Lovely boat, nice people, great tour. Thanks to all. 👍👍👍
Great video! I love the boat and all the extras the owners added to it. I'm pleased to see that it has a decent horn, it seems to be a Kahlenberg K-380. Can be heard a couple of miles.
Outstanding Nick, excellent insite into owners experience and love of boating, by reading the comments, I'm not the only one who thinks so, if possible, more please, and no Oliver come backs please! Excellent, thanks Nick.
Lovely boat & a lovely couple!!! I have to admit that I truly enjoy these episodes with the owners, especially how they have kitted out their boats to suit their needs. Once again great episode Nick!!!!
You really should do more of these types of videos. Seeing a stock boat from the manufacturer is nice but seeing what owner has changed is and why is very interesting.
