The authority would automatically kick in if crossings rise above 5,000 on average per day on a given week, or 8,500 in a single day. Maybe it would pass if they take out this number. This means that in one year over 1.6 million illegal immigrants can cross the border. If you ask me that's too many. There needs to be a better way. Let's see more work visas.

gag order Primary tabs A "gag order" is the term for when a judge prohibits the attorneys, parties, or witnesses in a pending lawsuit or criminal prosecution from talking about the case to the public. However, a court will scrutinize any gag order under the right of free expression, protected by the First Amendment, and applies a heavy presumption against its constitutional validity, as with any prior restraint. See Carroll v. Princess Anne. In Nebraska Press Ass’n v. Stuart, the U.S. Supreme Court considered the following factors in analyzing the constitutionality of a gag order: “(a) the nature and extent of pretrial news coverage; (b) whether other measures would be likely to mitigate the effects of unrestrained pretrial publicity; and (c) how effectively a restraining order would operate to prevent the threatened danger [of an unfair trial for defendant].” In that case, however, the Court found that a lower court’s gag order was justified because publicity of alleged shocking crimes would be widespread and would likely reach a jury, impairing the defendant’s right to a fair trial.

It's my opinion, you, your siblings and father are not fair to your mother. You all think that just by ua plig retirement will make your mother so happy and forgive all the cheating your father did and you children did stop him. Lady, hi plig retirement is a thing so many stupid Hmong people are now doing, and has no more meaning for a broken heart parent. By saying that that your father is not perfect and so your mother should forgive his cheating is s clear indication that you too think cheating is not good but ok. You only worried about your sick father who needs your mother to care for him. To some people, being cheated is the worst trust relationship ever. But to an acceptable wrong. Throughout the story, you said nothing to condemn your father's betrayal. It's your father it seems that you protect your father. This story is sad but mostly it's against your mother. She lost her boyfriend and was forced to marry your father. As a man, I should love a woman whom I forced her to marry me and devote all my life to prove to her that she has the best loving husband.
