@TeamGxxS Having served on a jury that was in deliberation for 2 gruling weeks, my read is that every bit of evidence and action witnessed in the courtroom will be considered in process by the jury whereas having the judgre go to the extent of having to clear the court room will now be permanent in the minds of the jurors throughout deliberation. Body language expressed in court on the case I experienced weighed heavily in convicting this person charged with a capital crime ended up receiving a heavy prison term Time will tell!

I agree 100%. This was a repost that looks to have been posted on his account in error and quickly removed. It seems to me you have to watch 4 different channels to come up with the truth. For example, this is the only channel that talked bad about Castellos testimony. Most said the judge started yelling at Castello and had the courtroom cleared. Most say Castellos testimony was good when the judge would let him talk. I believe the press has a big hand in dividing our country. With half truths being shared on liberal and conservative sides. This creates great ratings for people who want to hear what they believe just said by media back to them. I wish things would be different so this country of ours can heal.
