Eva and Alyssa had the best entrance looks for me. Tessa had the biggest glow up out of everyone. I’m rooting for my Polynesian and New Zealand sister Kween Kong 🧜🏾♀️🧜🏾♀️
Soa de Muse is one HELL of an artist. she was the lipsync assassin of drag race france season 1, she won the talent show & the girls band challenge! her aesthetic is just so good and she’s such a great & funny person!
About Soa de Muse, she was the first ever queen from the French franchise to win a maxi challenge. She made it to top 3 alongside Paloma, the winner, and La Grande Dame, who you’re already familiar with. She won the talent show, where she sang, and the girl group, but she bottomed for the acting challenge and the ball. She’s considered the lipsync assassin of the first season as she won 3 lipsyncs in a row and only “lost” the final one, which honestly didn’t really matter since all 3 of them did about equal. Alongside another queen from the season, la Big Bertha, she was essentially edited to be the villain of the season as she was often being shown to make mean comments about the other queens, especially Lolita. I think she could make it very far, especially if there are a lot of performance based challenges, I’m just scared for the comedy challenges as, just like La Grande Dame on ukvtw2, her humor might not translate well in english
best outfit was Tessa, who I wasn't really into in her season. As much as I love Alyssa and my kababayan Eva, I'm rooting for Pythia. Her fashion was very much my taste in her original season.
I’m rooting for Alyssa and Kween Kong! But no shade my fav entrance was Miss Eva and Soa de muse, they are 2 queens that I haven’t seen before as I haven’t watched there season but they definitely won me over by there looks. I’m so excited for these runways whew.❤️

As I’ve been watching a lot of drag race, the only contestant that I wasn’t familiar with is Nehellenia from Italia 2 (but I might check it out prior to the season starting). Besides Italia, the other franchises that I haven’t watched yet are those without reps: Holland, España and Thailand (saw a few eps of s1 though). And well, besides Tessa and Alyssa, all the other ones were finalists on their respective seasons. As someone who’s a native French speaker, I can totally sympathize with the queens who don’t navigate most of their daily lives in English , and now they’ll have to bring it in a competition setting. My understanding is that their English skills were tested prior to filming, but still…pressure can make you loose everything! One of the main thing is not too worry, as Nehellenia said. And please note that I purposely didn’t use “English speaking queens” as they all do speak some English! And we have to keep in mind that even queens who have been on a season produced in English, English isn’t necessarily their native language, such as Pythia.
DR Sverige (Sweden) aired winter 2023 during US season 15 as well as Belgium 1. They had a few great and realized queens, and some that seemed to be in kindergarten! Fontana (originally from Brazil) was special to watch. One interesting thing about Vanity Vain, during the talent show episode, she kind of protested. She wanted to bring home that “drag” on its own is a talent!
i loved Gala's look the most but im most excited to see miss ALYYYSAAA!! as a Filipino Canadian, i want Pythia and Eva to do well, but Alyssa is THEE drag queen. Shes the most iconic queen to ever come out of every franchise. She deserves this
Tessa won this Promo for me, although Pythia and Eva are also up there; Pythias look is so intricate and clever as always, Evas is regal and rich, but Tessa looks powerful, dynamic and generally incredible.
Soa was incredible on her season, personality, fashion, performance she is life) Nehelenia was amazing as well and a great human being (she even won Ms. Congeniality ) Rooting for those two, Eva LeQueen, Kween Kong and Alyssa! Vanity, Tessa, and Athena are the only filler queens IMO.
For Sweden you can watch Belakboys summary of it here on RU-vid, it is really good and he kind of gives you a great summary of the season and why it should be watched by Drag Race fans :). That is if you don't feel or have time to watch the season that is. For the season itself i would recommend at least see the runways of the episodes, there are some good ones but the ones that stick out as episodes i would say episodes 1, 3, 5 and 8 also the makeover challenge episode 6 is quite fun as well.
What u need to know about kitty is that she also had 4 wins with Miss Ella vaday but just missed the crown as Krystal versace ate that lipsync up. She’s more known for comedy she never failed to make ru laugh so she’s definitely coming for these girls in the comedy challenges.
This is tough but I would say I am rooting for Kween Kong, Tessa Testicle, Athena Likis, and Gala Varo. I think the best dressed was absolutely Eva and maybe Gala
This is so exciting! For me is one of the best cast EVER with All Stars 7. For me is Athena Likis. I love her. Her talent show was so funny and brilliant and she is so sexy and powerful. I hope she does amazing in this competition. I'm so excited to see Pythia's runways. And I can't wait to see Kween Kong lipsync. And as Mexican I'm rooting for Gala for sure! She's great representation, so fantastic as artist.I really hope the judges to be fair with them, to see all of them with open minds. Love your reaction, Valery!
If you ever had the time, I’d HIGHLY recommend watching Drag Race France, not only for Soa de Muse and Le Grande Dame, but for other queens like Lolita, Mami Watta, and Keiona. Imo, one of the best international drag races. Each season is top tier.
Regarding Soa…well first off, I’ve watched France s1, and she was fantastic. Now one thing about Soa is that she’s extremely charismatic! She’s kind of enchanting, even through our screens. So I’m not surprised that she stroke friendships with many of the other queens. She’s personable, confident but not arrogant, and I’d say somewhat laid back but professional. She’s a pleasure to watch. So hopefully she shines and charms the int’l audience. **I’ve heard spoilers, so I don’t want to say anything about placement one way or another.
I’m so excited to see Queen Kong again it’s always nice seeing Alyssa but of all the queens I’m unfamiliar with Soa instantly grabbed my attention. I really like her vibe and attitude
If I’m rooting for anyone this season it’s has to be soa de muse and gala varo drag race France is and will always be one of my favorite franchises and same for Mexico in terms of looks I’d say runway wise I loved Athena’s look but for the actual meet the queens part it has to be gala varo or Tessa
was hoping you'd catch that two of the clips for eva were of marina summers. so far only one reaction video has caught it. the video is down now, or at least unavailable for me for some reason. i think they took it down to re-edit it with the right clips lol.
Have you watched the new season of drag race Mexico? All I can say is those queens will demolish a global all stars or any other all stars. They are next level
So excited for almost everyone!! Didn’t really click with Tessa on her season so hopefully she’s grown up a lil!! I want Eva or Alyssa to win, there’s no glow up needed for them there amazing (not bias at all)😂
So I heard that thorgy and Kennedy Davenport were asked for this season and trinity k bonnet but declined. as much as I love Alyssa I wish it was somebody from the us that would be competing for the second time like everybody else we have so many contenders & mind you I know people can decline the offer but be fr here , Alyssa could of been on another regular allstars 🤔 IMO
I hate how predictable it is that the drag race seasons hosted by rupaul will be finalist. Kitty, elysa and queen komg will def be in the top 3 and its boring
What u need to know about nehelliana is that she is a RUNWAY QUEEN, a lot of the fans loved her runways they were so sickening, go search her up and look at her runways please

I wanted to get some more context on your comment about “kind drag” being oxymoronic (16:30); do you mean to say that there is no room to be kind when you’re a drag persona? Or were you just meaning that in the context of a televised drag competition, you have to sometimes put aside your kindness in order to be appropriately competitive and edge out the other contestants? Because I definitely agree with your point about not letting your kindness allow other more overt competitors to walk all over you. I may have just misinterpreted your meaning, so I wanted to clarify. From what I’ve seen of your videos I’ve gathered that you love the nature of competition and the drama; don’t we all? 😛 but you don’t strike me as someone who would immediately shoot down the trait of kindness as being an undesirable one.
