A book of your’s paired certain composers and songs to the food that you were preparing and that took my sensory experience to another level. Thank you for that. Marcus, I have followed your “story” and career trajectory for years, read your book recipes, even ran into an employee of your Red Rooster accidentally [a delight]. I liked how Ed - in this video-discussed expanding music that’s not typically associated with certain cuisine. Thanks for your skill, for this cool video engaging a talent like Ed, and for your positive vibe. Now, if only I can figure out how to incorporate berbere into dishes properly and to perfect my sloppy chopping skills .
