ok look i love my Emove cruiser but people need to know that it has controller issues. im on my 3rd controller and its currently been at voro motors shop going on a week until they get a controller shipment in. Its a known issue among cruiser owners but its hit or miss. You could get lucky and never have an issue but a lot of cruiser owners have had to replace controllers more than once. Pretty good scooter for its price but if i could go back in time id wait and save up an extra 1000 or so dollars and go with something else. Im just glad voro has been fairly easy to work with. hopefully the new batch of controllers will solve the issue.
Ya there's lots of issues with voromotors and their support. I had the touring and had a ton of issues and support said to sell it in the marketplace when I tried to return when I just received it. They moderate their channels so u never get a true idea of customers experiences. Wanted to support this company but the bad support and quality, I would just avoid them and take your money somewhere else.
@@TKGZONE they have a lot of customers, every company would have complaints. Majority of the owners are happy riding and are not voicing out opinions, the few that are frustrated and still getting their issues resolved would always be the loudest. That is how it is
@@harrynilson3074 I mentioned how they handled the situation when I just received their product. There's alot of known issues with these scooters and the fact that they don't resolve it or in a timely manners says alot. Most good company's will make it right when it's their fault. Not voromotors in my experience as with others.
You’re right, you hardly ever hear about wolf series having issues. It’s something about their emove scooters that just aren’t that good for the price. But like you said if you get one that works good they’re are a killer scooter.
Best channel on RU-vid. I called VORO motors a long time ago trying to get information about the VM Roadster and they would tell me nothing. I really can’t believe it’s taken this long to produce but it must be worth the wait. I’m going to be buying Mantis King GT ASAP and Roadster next.
The Roadster looks pretty impressive thus far. Love the specs and the guesstimated price range. Hope Voro drops this amazing machine before we see a critical shift in the market.
@@freshlycharged legislation in the works to ban the use of high-speed hyper scooters from being ridden on roads here in the USA. Nothing is official yet but this has been the subject of talks inside the Transportation department within 5 counties here in North Carolina. I personally attended different sessions of these meetings and the general information was compiled from several states around the country. A shift, in my opinion, is inevitable because of liability and age restrictions that must be enforced also. I’m working on an inside documentary to share what I’ve learned.
@@johnrichardson5089 I live in a fairly rural area in TN and want a long range hyper scooter and have concerns already, I really would be surprised if I pass a cop on a backroad and not get pulled over, it's a risk to spend big money on a scoot only to end up being illegal. I've had an Alta super moto which was great but man, electric motorcycles are waaay too expensive, at least they're legal but I just can't/won't spend such money on a bike like that again, I have less money tied up in a 2020 Honda Africa Twin than I would a Zero FX, sorry to flip to bikes but I feel it's relavant.
@@retrothruster2539 I share your thoughts exactly. I'm starting to look in the direction of the more cheaper powerful ebikes with pedals, like the Cyclone Big Boy or the Onyx RCR. I'm also looking at the E-Street Bomber from E-Street Bikes as great lower price powerful machines with a low-key profile. I think hyper-scooters are headed in a bad direction because all the manufacturers, while targeting US consumers, fail to acknowledge the regulations that govern our rights to ride their products here. So, I'm planning to gracefully transition to a more legal alternative.
Yeah now that I know it dosent fold then that's automatically a no go for me and other people in Europe considering that in many public places and in public transportation the scooters needs to be folded in order to bring it with you etc. So Voro motors might wanna rethink that part

@melvin awesome project bro! i may be alone in this, but I’m not sure if I trust that c-shaped suspension out front. maybe a miniaturized dual fork suspension could be explored as an option?
Thank brother, whoever you are. The stem is completely removable now and we remove the "folding" ability. Having access to all the best scooters in the world gave us plenty of perspectives, the latest stem is taking inspiration from the Dualtron X2/Limited! You'll see some outlook of it soon
was very stoke on the emove cruiser, but I am very annoyed that they never dropped the price on it not even an discount on Black Friday! 😡 so i picked up the vsett 8 for 650 bucks
Whoa! Just based on that prototype, the Emove Roadster looks like it would be an awesome ride! Hard to believe such a scooter with premium parts & stats would be sold under $5K. If this is true, then I may pick this up when it's finally released publicly.
@@freshlycharged i know its a prototype but I sure do hope the deck gets something for grip because water on that carbon fiber deck is a slip and slide ride for sure
Roadster is definitely impressive. If it's 70 mph then they should think about 12" tires instead of needing 2 steering dampers to prevent wobbling at high speeds.
wobble does not happen cause of tire size, but cause of lack of rake angle ( steering gemery ). Roadrunner looks to hava a terrible design and it will be prone to wobble.

nice, will be cool to see the roadster seeing the page on voro for email updates. I keep almost pulling the trigger on a wolf king GT or emove cruiser and waffling on speed and power vs portability (have to carry it up 5 stories but i also do that same 5 flights with 90 lbs ,2 45 plates) a few times a day as part of daily workouts) honestly I just would ideally see a dual motor emove cruiser with a 500 watt motor up front just to help acceleration and hill climbing, have it cut to 1 motor at 15 mph for range

Thanks guys great video. I respect your opinions enough that I bought a Kaabo Mantis King GT largely based on your review. I love riding enough that I want a second scooter for my girlfriend and other friends or as a backup in case mine is down or I just want to take something out that didn't weigh 63 lbs! I have really been going back n forth between the entry level emove and the ninebot Max. While they are identical in costs I like seperate things about each. The great suspension and much better weight capacity of the emove but the super sleek look, significantly longer range and the thumb throttle of the Segway are a lot to like also. Technically I weigh 20 lbs more than the Segway rating. I can't decide.
I’m gonna be honest and this is one of the worst electric scooters for the price. All the RU-vid guys that are buddy’s with the company’s never say what happenes once you have owned it for sometimes even a week or two. Go look at the comments on eSG. 7/10 people seem to have problems from the key port to poor welds and the most common is controller issues. I was interested untill further research. Funny how you guys hype them up. Maybe ride them for a Month before promoting a scooter with a lot of problems . Just my opinion.
@@nicholasmilton1902 Kaabo’s wolf warrior X . Faster, more reliable. Less range but not by much. Sturdier feeling ride. Off road capable. And more..I believe it’s 400-500 more but money well spent. Plus they just came out with a new model. Also more expensive lol
Is the RoadRunner’s brakes lined up like a bike or scooter? Meaning are the front brakes on the left side like a bike, or the front brakes on the right side like a scooter?

If you read our blogs, they go over the issues we've observed with the scooters. This video was more going over the choices for consumers if they are thinking about choosing an EMOVE scooter.
This Emove Cruiser is a really bad scooter. i had for 2 months and it already broke. After fixing it at Emoves service center in Brooklyn it became even worse. the range dropped dramatically. This scooter is a scam. stay away.

If all of these stemmed from a free tire incident then that's unfortunate, one of our service reps have already gave you 2 since you feel that you are entitled to that free tire. No one argue/fought with you for the tire lol. We increased price because all costs increased since last christmas, Voro is a small business and we get impacted by inflation as well. No need to make disrespectful comments
