It's sound cannot be appreciated from a recording. The growl that reverberates across the hills and valleys at low speed. The snarl when it's at higher speeds will raise the hairs on the back of your neck. There were several kept at the local airfield,as a kid I'd run outside whenever I heard them. As with this young lady I learned to fly gliders as a young teen.
