No! Have you ever seen Wemby played? Wembly is so much faster that top the block shot chart in 2023-24 NBA season. This lady barely can jump a foot above ground! Australia team just beated China a few hours earlier in U-17 Asian Cup. They just need to push the ball quick upcourt and there is a 5 vs 4 situation.
Australia beat China in the final though, they were neck and neck throughout the game, but in the last few minutes they pulled out to win by 10 points. I have seen a couple of her videos on Chinese social media, and she is training to improve her all-round skills, she is not just resting on her laurels.
Her weight might be a concern. Perhaps shed at least 10-20 pounds to lighten her feet a bit & make her slightly more nimble, it is something worth a try, because we have to see how low in weight she wants to go without sacrificing her health & strength. People say that what is the point of being that tall if she then cannot dunk, but the reason for that is that she is a woman & women do not have the muscularity that men do to be able to jump higher, even at her height. That is why you do not see, or very rarely see, women dunking in basketball, no matter where on earth or at school or a professional league. I have also read that her coaching & medical staff have told her to try not to dunk to save her knees. This is due to her height, she needs to be careful with her feet, knees & ankles, because many people at her height have historically gotten those health issues into their senior years because of those freakish heights. But she is still young, & she will be continually training to see where her basketball potential goes. For me, another Chinese basketball center that seems to have a good height-to-weight ratio is Han Xu, as she is still considerably tall (tallest in WNBA currently) but she is skinny which makes her nimbler & faster, & she can shoot threes. 07/19/24

Her weight does seem to be a concern, she might need to shed a few pounds to lighten her up & make her maybe a little bit more nimble. And most women cannot dunk at all anyway, even in pro-leagues, because they do not have the muscularity that men have, even at Ziyu`s height. A very very few women can dunk, sure, but it is more of a light dunk & not a power dunk that a man can do, like with even a man under 6 feet in height. 07/20/24
