I think being vegan is really easy and simple! When you slowly introduce more fruits (including dried fruits and frozen fruits), vegetables, starches (rice, potatoes, yams, pasta, noodles, quinoa, bulgur, corn, barley, millet, wheat, buckwheat, bread, tortilla, bagel, waffle, cereal, oats, groats, rye), legumes (lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, peanuts, tofu, tempeh, soy), sprouts, grains, nuts and seeds into your diet, you will realize how actually easy it is to be a vegan. You can be leaner, healthier and live longer by eating this way as well. The longest living people in the world are Seventh-Day Adventists in California and they don't eat any kind of meat at all. Watch the video on youtube titled "The Okinawa Diet: Living to 100" by the medical doctor Michael Greger for more information on this. Don't forget that everything you eat today has a vegan version and you can have the same texture, smell and taste of the foods that you are eating by simply replacing them with the vegan substitutes of those foods. For example, instead of buying cow's milk which was meant for a calf, you can buy almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk, hazelnut milk, rice milk, flax milk, quinoa milk, cashew milk, sunflower seed milk, hemp milk, pistachio milk and pecan milk all of which were designed for human consumption unlike cow's milk. They also come with all kinds of flavors like vanilla, chocolate etc. and believe me when I say you will love at least some of these plant-based milks more than cow's milk. As you can see there are a lot of plant based milk substitutes and there are also a lot of vegan ice cream, yogurt, cheese, egg and meat substitutes are out there and most big groceries and even some small groceries now carries them. I have followed them for more than a year now. Everyone has suspicions of them being together but Louis never ever even mentioned it. When Rhett and link interviewed him about his dating life he said he 'kinda' has a girlfriend. they have been traveling together for ages now they have to be more than friends

Nicoletta . Im not saying whether it was right or wrong just that as someone who was Rastafari for such a long time his diet would've been Ital. So no pork/shellfish/preservatives etc. Many don't eat any meat at all but I believe he did.

I also like to listen to music as I read. So, if a movie comes out based on the book, I tend to only picture the music I listen to and connect to the book, to be the only soundtrack I think to fit haha. That goes with life/ memories also. Sometimes certain songs pop into my mind based on who I'm talking to haha
