@@flossiecarter5409 well... as an American with Scottish heritage, and in their defense, no, they should keep getting hired as they’re obviously in their home nation, but in portraying Merida, I think they just need Scot advisors for the accent, which honestly, I think you’d be perfect for:) why not hit them up and offer it? Ya might make some extra money from anywhere ya live from just to conference with them just in case they don’t give you the job in portraying the character herself; no sarcasm at all:)
@@finley_seth do you really think Disney just puts face characters out there with no training? Face characters receive days of extensive character training, including dialect training. Scottish accents are hard, they do the best they can
@@rachell.odonnell4498 oh no, I don’t think that at all, I can tell that they go through great character and dialect training, and they try very hard, and it’s always convincing to me, I just don’t like discrimination like the “stop hiring these Americans”; Flossie’s bum’s out the windae
As far as I remember, most of the time whenever a little girl wearing a Merida Dress takes pictures with Merida, if Merida keeps her hands on her hips, the little girl wearing the Merida Dress would usually keep her hands on her hips.
