Thanks for sharing your story unfortunately that is our federal government in action I have been through a couple different situations with them myself and I can positively say they hire the most inept incapable unmotivated individuals that I am fairly positive have not even filled out their own applications but had somebody else do it for them and they sign their name back to the matter at hand it may sound crazy and somewhat underhanded get him an airline ticket into Mexico and from there it is a hop skip and a couple wet feet through the Rio grande they're close to 20,000 a day coming he will blend right in wish I had a better answer for you I'll keep you in my prayers
