It seems that a building/construction permit is not the only document needed to build... I think the deed is also needed & proves who owns the land... Since no building is allowed on agricultural land, I think the Natural Resources department has the final say on whether you can build a home on a specific area/place... I think the land must be surveyed & then the Natural Resources department tells you where you are allowed to build & what you're allowed to build.... I knew it !! The lawyer wants more money to continue helping !! WOW !! The father's case is out of his reach ???!!! Does this mean the lawyer can't help getting Papa released ?? SO WHY GIVE HIM MORE MONEY ??? Let’s all donate $100 each and all their attorneys fees will be solved and Hasan can buy a new car so he can help his parents. Also my suggestion to family is not to rebuild on same land as the Government don’t allow it since it’s Agriculture land only.
