Small caps have legs. This dude was calling for a crash all last year. A grain of salt has been acquired. There is another 10-15% left on small caps. Russell will reach new ATH.

nope. He's spot on. You've seen institutional traders & funds FINALLY cover their shorts in IWM. Tech has topped & peaked, semis leading us down. This is the first equity market, BEARISH signal... Getting them long on small caps before they cut rates... Its only down from here bud.

@@nikitamcconnell8027 I wouldn't say outperform when they have gone up 45% in 10 months lol. Will they continue to gain? Maybe, but I would expect mid to small caps to far exceed the large cap gains over the next 6+ months.
