I just learned from this channel that Dougal Dixon has always been part of my childhood--I used to read articles of 'The New Dinosaurs' from New book of Knowledge annual 1990/1991 when I was a kid.
I love the idea of the flish, but I can’t help but think that another fish would be more suited than a cod to evolve into it. There are fish that can breath air, such as lungfish, gar, and mudskippers. Midskippers also ‘walk’ on land for various reasons. Admittedly, I don’t know much about cod so they could be the best candidate to evolve into a flying creature. Also, Sharkopath is a Pokemon name and you cannot convince me otherwise
