13:05 - I think what you’re looking to say is the concept of “line weight variation” As you described, it is the technique of having thicker, darker lines in some areas, while having thinner, lighter ones in others. Usually it’s done to showcase the differences of shadowed areas and lit ones. Basically, its what people do to have more depth or style in their drawing. I hope this helps at least one person, and sorry if I come across as a know it all, I just want this to be informative. P.s.
