0:42 The way that this harmonizes is awesome. There are a lot of spots in MM11 where they repeat a section without doing this, and I feel that is a missed opportunity. Great job in arranging this one.
I think this and Fuse Man really are the only good songs on this whole OST, and you nailed them. I feel like you can measure the success of these songs by how well they translate to the older styles.
Can you do Mega Man 10 Stage Select on Xstyle and then Mega Man 10 Boss Battle on Xstyle? If you do that you will complete all your work on Xstyle from Mega Man 10. Also you did a fantastic job on this remix.
Holy shit this sounds so authentic!! If I never played Mega Man 11 and you told me this was an unused track from one of the SNES Mega Man X games, I would totally believe you.
This just shows how great tunes in 11 are. I just wish the less than stellar arrangement and loud default sound effect level didn't bury them so much...
That's a neat remix. It feels a bit slower than your average snes tunes, but overall works super well. The mm11 ost took a while for me to enjoy, but I do think it's good, very fun to see some cover for it. Thanks for the share
Can you do me a favor for this? There is this one youtuber named “snake remixer” who did the same remix songs like you such as (classic, x or other series) maybe it is a good idea to team up with snake remixer to come up a new channel and a new song like the feather kingdom and Megaman so you have a good compatible for a passion with making video game music
Even as a suggestion, it's a tad rude or touchy at least to ask someone to essentially give up their own brand to join with some other person to make a new brand to do the exact same thing. The problem here is that you're asking it as a favor meaning you're intending on it being done even before the person you're asking has even said yes or no. That's slightly more rude and presumptuous. Bottom line is that it's still their choice and you were probably just trying to harmlessly float the idea, but you could have worded it better than "do me a favor".
Maverick: Blast Hedgehog Weapon: Explosive quills, rolling attack Stage: Ammunition Storage Facility Description: Blast Hedgehog was a maverick hunter who acted cowardly in combat, rolling himself into a ball. As a result, he is placed on guard duty in the hunters’ ammunition storage facility. Although cowardly, his rolling attack proved to be effective against his enemies. But that changed when he received upgrades from Sigma, equipping Hedgehog with explosive quills that detonate when planted on any surfaces. Under Sigma’s command, he guards the storage facility controlled by the mavericks. (Boss encounter) Blast Hedgehog: You…! You’d… better not do anything stupid! X: Blast Hedgehog? That’s ridiculous! You don’t have any fighting capabilities, remember? That’s why they put you on guard duty. Blast Hedgehog: Yeah? Well…not anymore! I’ve outgrown my cowardly ways when Sigma gave me those upgrades. Now I’m prepped up and ready to blast you to smithereens for trespassing on our property. X: If that is what you’re asking, maverick, then you got it!
(Zero encounters boss) Zero: So that proves about why your recent activities gone weird. Blast Hedgehog: Zero...my former captain.Yes,but don't look me as past or you will suffer consequnces. Zero: You must aided by someone powerful...Sigma,heh. Blast Hedgehog: That's right,I'm no longer to following your goddamn instructions now,Zero! Zero: And now you even have nerve to declare rebellion for Sigma? You're done for, maverick.
(Axl encounters boss) Blast Hedgehog: Axl?You got nerve to strike our property?! Axl: Nerve or not, today you're going down for your undoing,Blast Hedgehog! Blast Hedgehog: You goddamned tratior!...It'll be honor to blast traitors like you with my explosives! Axl: Ha,the one gonna blast will be you,Sigma's shameless lapdog! Blast Hedgehog: Now I'll blast you to scrap! Axl: Then bring it on,milk drinker!Your upgrades from Sigma will not save you from destruction of yourself!
Far superior to the actual game track. 11's soundtrack gives the impression that it...tried...to do something akin to catchy Mega Man style music. Luckily Blast Man's theme was one of the better ones and it sounds great in the X style!
