It's a good arrangement. Arrangements are supposed to be a better version of the original. Better say, It's a successful arrangement. It doesn't discredit the original anyhow.

I like these castlevania 3 esque remixes of these classic themes. adding one or two sound channels really works wonders.

I agree this remix must have a lot of effort and thought out into it while the creator of this fan game was working on the ost for this game snake man is no exception 10.8/10 In my opinion
