Kind of refreshing having another take on the Central Highway theme, even if it is in need of some proofreading. Graphically, it's pretty on point. Necessary sacrifices are made to fit on the Gameboy's screen, I like the flickering of the street lamps to replace the dimming effect the SNES does whenever they're offscreen. It'd be nice if the enemies you can stand on had collision, and the prelude to the Vile fight is a few enemies too long. I like playable Zero, that's a nice unique take on the original X.

That definitely looks great for a demake and I loved the change at the end of the stage with the fight against Vile but I will be honest...I found it very difficult to listen to some parts of that intro stage music. Wrong notes with an out-of-place key change for only three measures (listen from 1:13 to 1:23; key change at 1:18) stole some of the spotlight away from the demake as a whole. Amazing work and will definitely check it out.

Lol people are making snes ports of megaman 4. I can't believe romhacking didn't die with subscription gaming and the plentitude of remasters, even if many suck (launch chrono cross and non local multiplayer ff crystal chronicles or ff pixel remasters without peninsula of power). They don't add stuff any more like the golden gba age, though etrian odyssey auto mapping is nice though I'd only get the 3rd one as it has more stuff, or play Asia trilogy physical for $70, $10 less than US digital and has English.
