*INSTRUCTIONS:* 1) Die a bunch of times on Squid Adler/Volt Kraken's stage till you have 11 hours left. 2) Beat up Grizzly Slash with Zero, then choose "Weapon + Energy" for Hyper Dash. 3) Beat up a 2nd Maverick (I choose Mattrex/Burn Dinorex) & Dynamo, and the game will give you Hyper Dash. 4) Get to where this video starts, then Double Jump into a virus, without getting on the lift. 5) Jump far enough right twice, using the visual cue provided in the video. That will respawn the Sigma Virus, since you moved the camera away from it two times. 6) Get the 2nd & 3rd Sigma Viruses to put Zero in "Danger". 7) Spawn a 4th Sigma Virus, go onto the right edge of the platform and duck under the spikes. 8) Snag that 4th Virus to activate Zero's invincibility, jump onto the spikes, and jump left to get to the capsule!
