An Axl-led run of X8 where I fully upgrade Axl and collect all items.
X8 is one of my favorites, although it does feel a little shallow at parts. The voice-acting is pretty good, the story is somewhat better, although nothing spectacular, but the game's mechanics are intertwined well...mostly.
Axl has a nice playstyle that balances between X and Zero, but he is pretty weak against the final bosses. I tried to go without using sub tanks, but I just couldn't consistently get to Lumine 2 without dying.

How do you transform into different enemies with axl again?

You have to kill the enemy with Axl's secondary attack (in base form) it should be triangle. It only works for specific enemies as well.

please tell me I have completed the game many times but axel transform apility diidnt appear

The transform ability is his default special attack (triangle). With his base form (no super weapon), press triangle to shoot a purple orb. If you kill a compatible enemy with the purple shots, it will then drop a capsule which will then replace the purple shot as a special attack. See this part of the video for example. 1:05:22

@@reactionforall584 In fairness to you, the game never actually tells you how to use this. When I first played the game as a kid, I did the same thing and was confused how to get into some of the secret areas.
