What an an incredibly made game. Smooth by modern standards let alone GBC standards. All the animations, fights and effects seem light years ahead of what the console should’ve been capable of.
Its a nice game, though the limits of the GBC are painfully obvious here and there. Good dashing though, gbc control style or tied to a different button?
As a kid when i played this, Serges was the hardest for me and the easiest is chill penguin. and the only upgrade i didn't got was the hadouken/shoryuken. i never thought it existed lol

The X series did indeed have no female characters until Iris in X4. And they wouldn't have a recurring one until Alia in X5. _And_ I don't believe the series has had any female mavericks in the main 8 (almost forgot my previous statement about Iris mid-comment).
He killed the boss before the attack triggered so the Boss attacked but the attack despawned when the player delivered the last hit to the boss and killed him
