Mega Moto 80 mono-shock swing arm install
Installed a Swingarm on the Mega Moto 80 frame to get the bike ready for a 3000W 72-volt E-bike build.

Hey FYI u can revise the polarity on the motor it's pretty easy that way u could hav kept everything I've been waiting for u to do something like this

Ya, I hear ya. I wanted to set it up like most other e-bikes.That way if I upgrade in the future it will make it as plug and play as possible for motor kits and wheels and stuff like that.

remember to compensate for the shock when you weld the mount or once your on it the angle wont be right an you bottom out on the frame ............ the e-motor looks to be from cyclone my experience building my own e-bike using cyclone 1800-3000w motor over build everything!! especially if you're going 72v .........

I literally have this very same rear swing arm in my cart thinking to extend my Coleman bt200x, but you mentioned something interesting you had to cut and extend it for a 6inch hub to fit mines is an 8inch hub. What would you recommend I do

I was also thinking of doing this for 8" wheel with 20x7-8 tires. I imagine it'd be very similar to what he did here, I have to find a hub though

Will the swing arm you’re using in this build work using the 8 inch tall wheels as well as the 6 inch tall wheels?

Yes, I think so. Not sure about the width of your hub as far as having to widen it or not.

@@Black66 I’d widen it in a similar fashion like what you did. I was concerned with the overall height of the tire. Like a 19 or 20 inch tall tire

@@stanlucas665 With the axle in the center of the slot you have about 10 1/2 inches before you hit the center brace.

You could even grab a bigger motorcycle or dirt bike arm that is a little longer.

Good eye! They are on there as a mock-up. The tires will be changed out for street tires. The sprocket is on the opposite side because it's going to be an e-bike build.

I just bought a 224 and the owner's manual said .003 for the intake and .005 for the exhaust.

Awesome video, I’m having a problem with my minibike, I just removed governor and put 18lb valve springs in, it starts but it is really hard to pull the start cable in certain spots, any ideas? Thanks 😊

Check the valve lash again and make sure you test and adjust them with the piston at the top of the cylinder
